Razer hopes “Deathadder Elite” shouldmeet the demands of most people.
Gaming mice in the Razer Deathadder-series have already received much praise, including here at BGM, and multiple upgrades have been done over the years. In a recent press release, Razer announced a now even newer version of the Deathadder, namely the Deathadder Elite.
As the name suggests Razer is now betting on meeting the requirements of the most demanding gamers, and in that regard, the elite is both very sensitive and lightning fast.
16000 DPI and high tracking speed
Like some other gaming mice that have been released recently, Razers new model has a resolution of a hefty 16, 000 DPI. Also, it shows off a tracking speed of a whopping 450 inches per second, which according to Razer is the currently highest performance that can be found anywhere.
The extent to which these specifications actually can be exploited in games is disputed, but for the most avid players, it can certainly do no harm. The mouse is mainly aimed at e-sport athletes but is, of course, excellent for regular gamers as well.
Of other specifications, Razer has equipped the Deathadder Elite with buttons that have mechanical switches, which will have extra good response and a solid 50 million clicks lifetime. As the other Deathadder models, the ergonomics is also taken care of, with rubber side grips and a comfortable design.
We will come back with a as soon as we get the mouse into our office.
The outer dimensions is 5 x 2.76 x 1.73 inches and the weight is 105 grams. The mouse is available for purchase here.
